مؤسسة الشبكة الفلسطينية لتطوير الإعلام وجامعة بوليتكنك فلسطين توقّعان اتفاقية تعاون وشراكة استراتيجية رام الله – فلسطين | الأحد 15/03/2026 وقّع رئيس مجلس إدارة مؤسسة الشبكة الفلسطينية لتطوير الإعلام، الصحفي الدكتور يوسف الكرنز، ورئيس جامعة بوليتكنك فلسطين الدكتور مصطفى أبو صفّا، اتفاقية تعاون مشترك وشراكة استراتيجية بين الجانبين، بهدف تعزيز آفاق التعاون في مجالات تطوير الإعلام الرقمي وبناء برامج أكاديمية وتدريبية مشتركة. وتهدف هذه الاتفاقية إلى تعزيز التكامل بين الجانب الأكاديمي والمهني في قطاع الإعلام، من خلال تطوير برامج تعليمية وتدريبية نوعية تسهم في إعداد كوادر إعلامية قادرة على مواكبة التحولات الرقمية المتسارعة ومتطلبات سوق العمل الإعلامي الحديث. وأكد الطرفان أن هذه الشراكة الاستراتيجية من شأنها الإسهام في تطوير منظومة الإعلام الرقمي في فلسطين، وتعزيز جسور التعاون بين المؤسسات الأكاديمية والمؤسسات الإعلامية، بما ينعكس إيجاباً على الطلبة والخريجين والعاملين في قطاع الإعلام. كما تتضمن مجالات التعاون العمل على استحداث برامج أكاديمية متخصصة، وتنفيذ مشاريع تطويرية مشتركة، وتنظيم برامج تدريبية متقدمة، إلى جانب تمكين الطلبة من توظيف أدوات الإعلام الحديث وتقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في إنتاج المحتوى الإعلامي وإدارته بكفاءة واحترافية. وأشار الجانبان إلى أهمية توظيف الإمكانات الأكاديمية والإبداعية في دعم السردية الفلسطينية وصون التراث الثقافي الوطني، وتعزيز حضوره في الفضاء الرقمي الإقليمي والدولي من خلال خطاب إعلامي مهني مسؤول ومؤثر. Palestinian Network for Media Development Organization and Palestine Polytechnic University Sign Strategic Cooperation and Partnership Agreement Ramallah – Palestine | Sunday, March 15, 2026 The Chairman of the Board of the Palestinian Network for Media Development Organization, journalist Dr. Yousef Al Krunz, and the President of Palestine Polytechnic University, Dr. Mustafa Abu Safa, signed a joint cooperation and strategic partnership agreement between the two sides aimed at strengthening collaboration in the fields of digital media development and the creation of joint academic and training programs. The agreement aims to enhance integration between the academic and professional sectors within the media field by developing high-quality educational and training programs that contribute to preparing media professionals capable of keeping pace with rapid digital transformations and the evolving demands of the modern media labor market. Both parties affirmed that this strategic partnership will contribute to advancing the digital media ecosystem in Palestine and strengthening bridges of cooperation between academic institutions and media organizations, which will positively impact students, graduates, and professionals working in the media sector. The areas of cooperation also include developing specialized academic programs, implementing joint development projects, and organizing advanced training programs, in addition to enabling students to utilize modern media tools and artificial intelligence technologies in producing and managing media content efficiently and professionally. The two sides also emphasized the importance of leveraging academic and creative capacities to support the Palestinian narrative, preserve the national cultural heritage, and enhance its presence in the regional and international digital sphere through a responsible, professional, and influential media discourse.
