مؤسسة الشبكة الفلسطينية لتطوير الإعلام ومؤسسة المدافعين عن حقوق الإنسان والحريات العامة توقّعان اتفاقية تعاون وشراكة استراتيجية طولكرم – فلسطين | الثلاثاء 18/05/2026 وقّع فريق المؤسسة، ممثلًا عن رئيس مجلس إدارة مؤسسة الشبكة الفلسطينية لتطوير الإعلام، الصحفي الدكتور يوسف الكرنز، مع رئيس مجلس إدارة مؤسسة المدافعين عن حقوق الإنسان والحريات العامة، المحامي عدي عمار، اتفاقية تعاون وشراكة استراتيجية، بهدف توحيد الجهود وتعزيز العمل المؤسسي المشترك بين الطرفين. وتهدف الاتفاقية إلى تنفيذ مشاريع وبرامج تدريبية مشتركة تستهدف الشباب الفلسطيني، والصحفيين، وطلبة وخريجي كليات الإعلام، إلى جانب تنظيم ندوات توعوية، ومؤتمرات، وورش عمل متخصصة في قطاع الصحافة والإعلام، لا سيما في مجالي الصحافة القانونية وحقوق الإنسان. ومثّل مؤسسة الشبكة الفلسطينية لتطوير الإعلام في محافظة طولكرم كل من الأستاذة هبة كتانة، ممثلة المؤسسة، والأستاذة رهف جيتاوي من اللجنة الإعلامية. وحضر حفل التوقيع عن مؤسسة المدافعين عن حقوق الإنسان والحريات العامة الأستاذ سري دلبح، عضو مجلس الإدارة، والأستاذة سارة جمعة، متطوعة في اللجنة القانونية. وأكد الطرفان أهمية هذه الشراكة في تعزيز الحريات العامة، ودعم حقوق الإنسان، وتمكين الشباب والإعلاميين الفلسطينيين، بما يسهم في تطوير قطاع الإعلام الفلسطيني وتعزيز دوره المجتمعي والمهني، من خلال تنفيذ برامج نوعية ومبادرات مشتركة تخدم المجتمع الفلسطيني. Palestinian Network for Media Development Organization and Human Rights and Public Freedoms Defenders Foundation Sign Strategic Cooperation and Partnership Agreement Tulkarm – Palestine | Tuesday, 18/05/2026 A delegation representing the Chairperson of the Palestinian Network for Media Development Organization, journalist Dr. Yousef Al Krunz, signed a strategic cooperation and partnership agreement with the Chairperson of the Human Rights and Public Freedoms Defenders Foundation, lawyer Uday Ammar, with the aim of unifying efforts and strengthening joint institutional cooperation between the two organizations. The agreement aims to implement joint projects and training programs targeting Palestinian youth, journalists, and students and graduates of media faculties, in addition to organizing awareness seminars, conferences, and specialized workshops in the field of journalism and media, particularly in legal journalism and human rights. Representing the Palestinian Network for Media Development Organization in Tulkarm Governorate were Ms. Hiba Kattaneh, the organization’s representative, and Ms. Rahaf Jitawi from the Media Committee. Attending the signing ceremony on behalf of the Human Rights and Public Freedoms Defenders Foundation were Mr. Sari Dalbah, Board Member, and Ms. Sarah Jomaa, volunteer in the Legal Committee. Both parties emphasized the importance of this partnership in promoting public freedoms, supporting human rights, and empowering Palestinian youth and media professionals, in a way that contributes to the development of the Palestinian media sector and strengthens its societal and professional role through the implementation of quality programs and joint initiatives serving the Palestinian community.
