مؤسسة الشبكة الفلسطينية لتطوير الإعلام ونقابة العاملين في التدريب في فلسطين توقّعان اتفاقية تعاون وشراكة استراتيجية رام الله – فلسطين | الخميس 04/06/2026 وقّع رئيس مجلس إدارة مؤسسة الشبكة الفلسطينية لتطوير الإعلام، الصحفي الدكتور يوسف الكرنز، مع نقيب المدربين الفلسطينيين المستشار الدكتور ماهر شبير، وبحضور المهندسة إسلام حمدان، المديرة التنفيذي للنقابة، اتفاقية تعاون وشراكة استراتيجية، بهدف توحيد الجهود وتعزيز العمل المؤسسي المشترك بين الطرفين. وتهدف الاتفاقية إلى إعداد وتنفيذ مشاريع وبرامج تدريبية مشتركة تستهدف الشباب الفلسطيني، والصحفيين، وطلبة وخريجي كليات الإعلام، بالإضافة إلى تنظيم الندوات التوعوية، والمؤتمرات، وورش العمل المتخصصة في قطاع الصحافة والإعلام، والتعاون في تنفيذ الأنشطة التدريبية في مجالي الإعلام والصحافة في فلسطين، ومنح شهادات تدريبية وعضوية مدرب للصحفيين والإعلاميين المعتمدين لدى الطرفين. وأكد الطرفان أن هذه الاتفاقية تمثل خطوة مهمة نحو تعزيز التعاون المشترك وتطوير القدرات المهنية للصحفيين والإعلاميين والشباب الفلسطيني، بما يسهم في بناء كوادر إعلامية مؤهلة وقادرة على مواكبة التطورات المتسارعة في قطاع الإعلام والتدريب، وتعزيز ثقافة التعلم المستمر والتميز المهني. كما شددا على أهمية توظيف الخبرات والإمكانات المتاحة لدى الطرفين لخدمة المجتمع الفلسطيني، وتنفيذ برامج نوعية تسهم في رفع كفاءة العاملين في القطاع الإعلامي والتدريبي، وتعزيز فرص الشباب في الحصول على التدريب والتأهيل المهني وفق أفضل الممارسات والمعايير المهنية المعتمدة. وفي ختام اللقاء، أعرب الجانبان عن تطلعهما إلى تنفيذ مجموعة من المبادرات والأنشطة المشتركة خلال المرحلة المقبلة، بما يحقق الأهداف المشتركة ويعزز التنمية المهنية والإعلامية في فلسطين. Palestinian Network for Media Development Organization and the Palestinian Trainers Syndicate Sign a Strategic Cooperation and Partnership Agreement Ramallah, Palestine | Thursday, June 4, 2026 The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Palestinian Network for Media Development Organization (PNMD), journalist Dr. Yousef Al Krunz, signed a strategic cooperation and partnership agreement with the Head of the Palestinian Trainers Syndicate, Counselor Dr. Maher Shubair, in the presence of Engineer Islam Hamdan, the Executive Director of the Syndicate. The agreement aims to unify efforts and strengthen institutional cooperation between the two parties. The agreement seeks to develop and implement joint training projects and programs targeting Palestinian youth, journalists, and students and graduates of media faculties. It also includes organizing awareness seminars, conferences, and specialized workshops in the field of journalism and media, as well as collaborating on training activities related to media and journalism in Palestine. Furthermore, the agreement provides for the issuance of training certificates and trainer membership accreditation for journalists and media professionals recognized by both parties. Both parties emphasized that this agreement represents an important step toward strengthening cooperation and enhancing the professional capacities of journalists, media professionals, and Palestinian youth. The initiative aims to contribute to building qualified media professionals capable of keeping pace with the rapid developments in the media and training sectors, while promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional excellence. They also stressed the importance of utilizing the expertise and resources available to both organizations in serving Palestinian society, implementing high-quality programs that enhance the competencies of professionals working in the media and training sectors, and increasing opportunities for young people to access professional training and capacity-building opportunities in accordance with best practices and recognized professional standards. At the conclusion of the meeting, both parties expressed their aspiration to implement a range of joint initiatives and activities during the coming period, in a manner that achieves their shared objectives and contributes to advancing professional and media development in Palestine.
