مؤسسة الشبكة الفلسطينية لتطوير الإعلام وديوان الجريدة الرسمية الفلسطينية توقّعان اتفاقية تعاون رام الله – فلسطين | الأربعاء 10/06/2026 وقّع رئيس مجلس إدارة مؤسسة الشبكة الفلسطينية لتطوير الإعلام، الصحفي الدكتور يوسف الكرنز، وعطوفة رئيس ديوان الجريدة الرسمية الفلسطينية، المستشار الدكتورة ريم أبو الرب، اتفاقية تعاون مشتركة تهدف إلى تعزيز الشراكة والتعاون بين الطرفين في مجالات التدريب والتطوير الإعلامي والمعرفي. وتهدف الاتفاقية إلى إعداد وتنفيذ مشاريع وبرامج تدريبية مشتركة تستهدف الشباب الفلسطيني، والصحفيين، وطلبة وخريجي كليات الإعلام، بالإضافة إلى تنظيم الندوات التوعوية والمؤتمرات وورش العمل المتخصصة في قطاع الصحافة والإعلام، وتقديم الاستشارات الرقمية في مجالي الصحافة والإعلام بما يسهم في تطوير الأداء المهني وتعزيز المعرفة القانونية والإعلامية لدى الفئات المستهدفة. كما يهدف التعاون إلى نشر الوعي بأهمية التشريعات والقوانين الفلسطينية، وتعزيز الوصول إلى المعلومات القانونية والرسمية، وتوظيف الأدوات الرقمية الحديثة في خدمة الإعلام والتنمية المعرفية، بما يسهم في بناء قدرات الشباب والصحفيين وتمكينهم من أداء دورهم المهني والمجتمعي بكفاءة وفاعلية. وأكدت عطوفة رئيس ديوان الجريدة الرسمية الفلسطينية، المستشار الدكتورة ريم أبو الرب، أهمية هذه الاتفاقية في تعزيز التعاون مع مؤسسات المجتمع المدني والمؤسسات الإعلامية، بما يسهم في نشر الثقافة القانونية وتعزيز الوعي المجتمعي، مشيرةً إلى حرص الديوان على دعم المبادرات التي تسهم في تمكين الشباب وتطوير قدراتهم المعرفية والمهنية. من جانبه، أكد رئيس مجلس إدارة مؤسسة الشبكة الفلسطينية لتطوير الإعلام، الصحفي الدكتور يوسف الكرنز، أن هذه الاتفاقية تمثل خطوة مهمة نحو تعزيز التعاون المؤسسي وتطوير برامج نوعية تخدم الشباب والصحفيين وطلبة الإعلام، وتسهم في رفع مستوى الوعي القانوني والإعلامي، وتدعم جهود التحول الرقمي وتطوير المحتوى المعرفي والإعلامي في فلسطين. وحضر حفل التوقيع من فريق المؤسسة: الأستاذة وصال أبو عليا، نائب رئيس مجلس الإدارة، والأستاذة ولاء عصور، أمين السر. وتأتي هذه الاتفاقية في إطار التزام الطرفين بتعزيز التعاون المشترك وتبادل الخبرات وتنفيذ مبادرات وبرامج نوعية تسهم في خدمة المجتمع الفلسطيني، وتدعم بناء القدرات المهنية والمعرفية للشباب والصحفيين، بما يحقق التنمية المستدامة ويعزز دور الإعلام في خدمة قضايا المجتمع. Palestinian Network for Media Development Organization and the Palestinian Official Gazette Bureau Sign a Cooperation Agreement Ramallah, Palestine | Wednesday, June 10, 2026 The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Palestinian Network for Media Development Organization, journalist Dr. Yousef Al Krunz, and H.E. Counselor Dr. Reem Abu Al-Rub, Head of the Palestinian Official Gazette Bureau, signed a cooperation agreement aimed at strengthening partnership and collaboration between the two parties in the fields of training, media development, and knowledge enhancement. The agreement seeks to design and implement joint projects and training programs targeting Palestinian youth, journalists, and students and graduates of media faculties. It also includes organizing awareness seminars, conferences, and specialized workshops in the journalism and media sector, as well as providing digital consultations in the fields of journalism and media to contribute to professional development and enhance legal and media knowledge among the target groups. The cooperation further aims to raise awareness of Palestinian legislation and laws, improve access to legal and official information, and utilize modern digital tools to support media and knowledge development. These efforts will contribute to building the capacities of young people and journalists and empowering them to perform their professional and social roles effectively and efficiently. H.E. Counselor Dr. Reem Abu Al-Rub, Head of the Palestinian Official Gazette Bureau, emphasized the importance of this agreement in strengthening cooperation with civil society and media organizations, thereby contributing to the dissemination of legal culture and the promotion of public awareness. She highlighted the Bureau’s commitment to supporting initiatives that empower young people and enhance their knowledge and professional skills. For his part, Dr. Yousef Al-Karnaz, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Palestinian Network for Media Development Organization, stated that this agreement represents an important step toward strengthening institutional cooperation and developing high-quality programs that serve youth, journalists, and media students. He noted that the partnership will contribute to raising legal and media awareness, support digital transformation efforts, and promote the development of knowledge-based and media content in Palestine. The signing ceremony was attended by members of the organization’s team, including Ms. Wisal Abu Alya, Vice Chairperson of the Board of Directors, and Ms. Walaa Asour, Secretary of the Board.
