مؤسسة الشبكة الفلسطينية لتطوير الإعلام ووزارة التنمية الاجتماعية الفلسطينية توقّعان اتفاقية تعاون رام الله – فلسطين | الخميس 11/06/2026 وقّع رئيس مجلس إدارة مؤسسة الشبكة الفلسطينية لتطوير الإعلام، الصحفي الدكتور يوسف الكرنز، ومعالي وزيرة التنمية الاجتماعية الفلسطينية الدكتورة سماح حمد، اتفاقية تعاون مشتركة تهدف إلى تعزيز الشراكة بين الطرفين في مجالات التدريب والتأهيل والتنمية المجتمعية والإعلامية. وتهدف الاتفاقية إلى إعداد وتنفيذ مشاريع وبرامج تدريبية مشتركة تستهدف الشباب الفلسطيني، والصحفيين، وطلبة وخريجي كليات الإعلام، بما يسهم في تطوير مهاراتهم المهنية وتعزيز فرص مشاركتهم الفاعلة في المجتمع. كما يشمل هذا التعاون تنظيم الندوات التوعوية، والمؤتمرات، وورش العمل المتخصصة في قطاع الصحافة والإعلام، إلى جانب العمل على بناء قدرات الكوادر الصحفية الشابة، لا سيما من الفئات المهمشة والأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، مع التركيز بشكل خاص على تمكين النساء وتعزيز دورهن في القطاع الإعلامي. ويهدف التعاون كذلك إلى تعزيز انخراط الشباب في العمل الإعلامي والتنموي المجتمعي من خلال إطلاق برامج تدريبية متخصصة ينفذها الطرفان بشكل مشترك، بما يضمن توسيع فرص المشاركة والوصول إلى الفئات المهمشة والأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، وخاصة النساء. وأكدت معالي وزيرة التنمية الاجتماعية الفلسطينية، الدكتورة سماح حمد، أن هذه الاتفاقية تأتي في إطار جهود الوزارة لتعزيز الشراكات مع مؤسسات المجتمع المدني الإعلامية الفاعلة، بما يسهم في تمكين الشباب وتطوير قدراتهم، ودعم المبادرات الهادفة إلى تحقيق التنمية الاجتماعية المستدامة وتعزيز المشاركة المجتمعية. من جانبه، أكد رئيس مجلس إدارة مؤسسة الشبكة الفلسطينية لتطوير الإعلام، الصحفي الدكتور يوسف الكرنز، أن هذه الاتفاقية تمثل خطوة مهمة نحو توحيد الجهود وتطوير برامج نوعية تسهم في تمكين الشباب والصحفيين، وتعزيز دور الإعلام في خدمة قضايا التنمية المجتمعية، مشيرًا إلى حرص المؤسسة على توسيع نطاق التعاون مع المؤسسات الوطنية بما يحقق أثرًا إيجابيًا ومستدامًا في المجتمع الفلسطيني. وحضر حفل التوقيع من فريق المؤسسة: الأستاذة وصال أبو عليا، نائب رئيس مجلس الإدارة، والأستاذة ولاء عصفور، أمين السر، والأستاذ سامر عواد، من فريق الإعلام. وتأتي هذه الاتفاقية في إطار التزام الطرفين بتعزيز التعاون المشترك وتطوير برامج ومبادرات تسهم في بناء مجتمع أكثر شمولًا ومشاركة، وتدعم الفئات الأكثر احتياجًا من خلال التعليم والتدريب والتأهيل المهني والإعلامي. Palestinian Network for Media Development Organization and the Palestinian Ministry of Social Development Sign Cooperation Agreement Ramallah, Palestine | Thursday, June 11, 2026 The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Palestinian Network for Media Development Organization (PNMD), journalist Dr. Yousef Al Krunz, and the Palestinian Minister of Social Development, Dr. Samah Hamad, signed a joint cooperation agreement aimed at strengthening partnership between the two parties in the fields of training, capacity building, social development, and media development. The agreement seeks to develop and implement joint projects and training programs targeting Palestinian youth, journalists, and students and graduates of media faculties, contributing to the enhancement of their professional skills and expanding opportunities for their active participation in society. The cooperation also includes organizing awareness-raising seminars, conferences, and specialized workshops in the journalism and media sector, in addition to building the capacities of young media professionals, particularly those from marginalized groups and persons with disabilities, with a special focus on empowering women and strengthening their role in the media sector. Furthermore, the partnership aims to enhance youth engagement in media and community development initiatives through specialized training programs jointly implemented by both parties, ensuring broader participation and access for marginalized groups and persons with disabilities, especially women. Minister of Social Development, Dr. Samah Hamad, emphasized that this agreement comes within the Ministry’s efforts to strengthen partnerships with active media civil society organizations, contributing to youth empowerment, capacity development, and support for initiatives that promote sustainable social development and community participation. For his part, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Palestinian Network for Media Development Organization, Dr. Yousef Al Krunz, stated that the agreement represents an important step toward unifying efforts and developing high-quality programs that contribute to empowering youth and journalists while enhancing the role of media in advancing community development issues. He also stressed the organization’s commitment to expanding cooperation with national institutions to achieve a positive and sustainable impact on Palestinian society. The signing ceremony was attended by members of the organization’s team, including Ms. Wisal Abu Alia, Vice Chairwoman of the Board of Directors; Ms. Walaa Asfour, Board Secretary; and Mr. Samer Awad from the Media Team. This agreement reflects the commitment of both parties to strengthening joint cooperation and developing programs and initiatives that contribute to building a more inclusive and participatory society, while supporting the most vulnerable groups through education, training, professional development, and media empowerment.
