مؤسسة الشبكة الفلسطينية لتطوير الإعلام والهيئة الوطنية للتعليم والتدريب المهني والتقني الفلسطينية تبحثان سبل التعاون المشترك رام الله – فلسطين | الأربعاء 17/06/2026 في إطار تعزيز الشراكات الوطنية الهادفة إلى تمكين الشباب الفلسطيني وتطوير قدراتهم المهنية والتقنية، التقى رئيس مجلس إدارة مؤسسة الشبكة الفلسطينية لتطوير الإعلام، الصحفي الدكتور يوسف الكرنز، بمعالي رئيس الهيئة الوطنية للتعليم والتدريب المهني والتقني الفلسطينية، الأستاذ الدكتور رابح مرار، لبحث سبل التعاون المشترك في مجالات التدريب الإعلامي والصحفي وتطوير المهارات الرقمية الحديثة. وشهد اللقاء نقاشًا معمقًا حول آفاق الشراكة المستقبلية بين الجانبين، وإمكانية تنفيذ برامج ومبادرات تدريبية مشتركة تستهدف الشباب الفلسطيني، بما يسهم في تعزيز مهاراتهم الإعلامية والرقمية والتقنية، ويرفع جاهزيتهم لمواكبة التحولات المتسارعة في سوق العمل وعالم الإعلام الرقمي. واستعرض الطرفان مجموعة من المقترحات والأفكار الرامية إلى تطوير برامج تدريبية نوعية في مجالات الإعلام الرقمي وصناعة المحتوى والإنتاج الإعلامي الحديث، وتوظيف تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في العمل الإعلامي، بما يعزز من كفاءة الشباب وقدرتهم على الإبداع والابتكار والمنافسة في الاقتصاد الرقمي. وأكد الجانبان أن الاستثمار في الشباب يمثل ركيزة أساسية لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة، مشددين على أهمية بناء منظومة تدريبية متكاملة تربط بين التأهيل النظري والتطبيق العملي وفرص التشغيل وريادة الأعمال، بما يسهم في إعداد جيل قادر على مواكبة التحولات التكنولوجية والاستجابة لمتطلبات أسواق العمل المحلية والإقليمية والدولية. كما أشار الطرفان إلى أن هذا التعاون يشكل فرصة استراتيجية لتوحيد الجهود الوطنية وتوسيع نطاق الاستفادة من البرامج التدريبية، والوصول إلى أكبر شريحة ممكنة من الشباب في مختلف المحافظات الفلسطينية، بما يعزز أهداف التمكين الاقتصادي والاجتماعي ويسهم في بناء رأس مال بشري مؤهل وقادر على قيادة مسيرة التنمية. وحضر اللقاء من مؤسسة الشبكة الفلسطينية لتطوير الإعلام الأستاذة وصال أبو عليا، نائب رئيس مجلس الإدارة، والأستاذة ولاء عصفور، أمين سر المؤسسة، فيما حضر عن الهيئة الوطنية للتعليم والتدريب المهني والتقني الدكتور عماد سالم، مدير عام السياسات والتخطيط، والأستاذة سماح عمارنة، مديرة مكتب رئيس الهيئة. وفي ختام اللقاء، أكد الطرفان حرصهما على تعزيز التعاون المشترك وترجمة مخرجات اللقاء إلى برامج ومبادرات عملية ومستدامة تخدم الشباب الفلسطيني، وتسهم في تطوير مهاراتهم الإعلامية والرقمية، وتعزيز فرص التدريب والتشغيل والابتكار في قطاع الإعلام والاقتصاد الرقمي. Palestinian Network for Media Development Organization and the Palestinian National Authority for Technical and Vocational Education and Training Discuss Prospects for Joint Cooperation Ramallah, Palestine | Wednesday, June 17, 2026 As part of efforts to strengthen national partnerships aimed at empowering Palestinian youth and enhancing their professional and technical capacities, Dr. Yousef Al Krunz, journalist and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Palestinian Network for Media Development Organization, met with H.E. Prof. Dr. Rabah Morrar, Chairman of the Palestinian National Authority for Technical and Vocational Education and Training, to discuss avenues of joint cooperation in the fields of media and journalism training and the development of modern digital skills. The meeting featured in-depth discussions on future partnership opportunities between the two institutions and the possibility of implementing joint training programs and initiatives targeting Palestinian youth. These efforts aim to strengthen their media, digital, and technical skills and enhance their readiness to keep pace with the rapid transformations taking place in the labor market and the digital media landscape. Both parties reviewed a number of proposals and ideas aimed at developing specialized training programs in digital media, content creation, and modern media production, as well as integrating artificial intelligence applications into media work. Such initiatives would enhance young people's efficiency and their ability to innovate, create, and compete within the digital economy. The two sides emphasized that investing in youth is a fundamental pillar of sustainable development. They highlighted the importance of building an integrated training ecosystem that links theoretical education with practical application, employment opportunities, and entrepreneurship, thereby preparing a generation capable of adapting to technological changes and responding to the demands of local, regional, and international labor markets. The participants also noted that this cooperation represents a strategic opportunity to unify national efforts, expand access to training programs, and reach the widest possible segment of young people across the Palestinian governorates. This would contribute to economic and social empowerment while helping to build a qualified human capital capable of leading the development process. The meeting was attended on behalf of the Palestinian Network for Media Development Organization by Ms. Wisal Abu Alia, Vice Chairwoman of the Board of Directors, and Ms. Walaa Asfour, Secretary of the Organization. Representing the Palestinian National Authority for Technical and Vocational Education and Training were Dr. Imad Salem, Director General of Policies and Planning, and Ms. Samah Amarna, Director of the Chairman’s Office.
