مؤسسة الشبكة الفلسطينية لتطوير الإعلام تنضم رسميًا إلى تحالف اليونسكو للتربية الإعلامية والمعلوماتية أعلنت مؤسسة الشبكة الفلسطينية لتطوير الإعلام عن اعتماد عضويتها رسميًا في تحالف اليونسكو للتربية الإعلامية والمعلوماتية، وذلك بعد تلقيها إشعارًا رسميًا من منظمة الأمم المتحدة للتربية والعلم والثقافة (اليونسكو) يفيد بالموافقة النهائية على طلب انضمام المؤسسة إلى التحالف العالمي. ويُعد تحالف اليونسكو للتربية الإعلامية والمعلوماتية إحدى أبرز الشبكات الدولية التي تجمع المؤسسات والمنظمات والجامعات والخبراء العاملين في مجالات التربية الإعلامية والمعلوماتية، بهدف تعزيز الوصول إلى المعلومات الموثوقة، وتنمية التفكير النقدي، ومكافحة التضليل الإعلامي، ودعم المجتمعات في الاستخدام الآمن والمسؤول لوسائل الإعلام والمنصات الرقمية. ويمنح هذا الاعتماد المؤسسة فرصة للمشاركة في المبادرات والبرامج الدولية التي يقودها التحالف، وتبادل الخبرات مع المؤسسات الأعضاء من مختلف دول العالم، والمساهمة في تطوير سياسات ومبادرات تعزز التربية الإعلامية والمعلوماتية، بما يخدم المجتمع الفلسطيني ويرسخ حضور المؤسسة على المستوى الدولي. وأكدت المؤسسة أن انضمامها إلى تحالف اليونسكو يشكل محطة جديدة في مسيرتها نحو تعزيز التعاون الدولي، وتطوير مشاريع وبرامج نوعية تخدم قطاع الإعلام الفلسطيني، وتسهم في بناء قدرات الصحفيين والإعلاميين والشباب في مجالات التربية الإعلامية والمعلوماتية والابتكار الرقمي. Palestinian Network for Media Development Organization Joins the UNESCO Media and Information Literacy Alliance The Palestinian Network for Media Development Organization (PNMDO) has officially announced its admission to the UNESCO Media and Information Literacy (MIL) Alliance, following the receipt of an official notification from the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) confirming the final approval of the organization's membership application. The UNESCO Media and Information Literacy Alliance is one of the world's leading international networks, bringing together institutions, organizations, universities, and experts working in the field of media and information literacy. The Alliance aims to promote access to reliable information, strengthen critical thinking, combat misinformation and disinformation, and support communities in the safe and responsible use of media and digital platforms. This membership provides the organization with the opportunity to participate in international initiatives and programs led by the Alliance, exchange expertise with member organizations from around the world, and contribute to the development of policies and initiatives that advance media and information literacy, serving the Palestinian community while strengthening the organization's international presence. The organization affirmed that joining the UNESCO Media and Information Literacy Alliance marks an important milestone in its journey toward expanding international cooperation and developing high-quality projects and programs that support the Palestinian media sector.
