مؤسسة الشبكة الفلسطينية لتطوير الإعلام والهيئة الوطنية للتعليم والتدريب المهني والتقني توقّعان اتفاقية تعاون وشراكة استراتيجية رام الله – فلسطين | الثلاثاء 11/08/2026 وقّع رئيس مجلس إدارة مؤسسة الشبكة الفلسطينية لتطوير الإعلام، الصحفي د. يوسف الكرنز، ورئيس الهيئة الوطنية للتعليم والتدريب المهني والتقني، الدكتور رابح مرار، اليوم الثلاثاء، في مقر الهيئة بمدينة رام الله، اتفاقية تعاون وشراكة استراتيجية، تهدف إلى تعزيز التعاون المشترك في مجالات التدريب الإعلامي والصحفي وتطوير المهارات الرقمية الحديثة. وتُعد الهيئة الوطنية للتعليم والتدريب المهني والتقني مؤسسة وطنية تتبع مجلس الوزراء الفلسطيني، وتتولى حوكمة وتطوير منظومة التعليم والتدريب المهني والتقني، ورسم السياسات ذات الصلة، وتعزيز التنسيق والتكامل بين مكونات القطاع، بما يستجيب لاحتياجات سوق العمل ومتطلبات التنمية. وتهدف الاتفاقية إلى تطوير وتنفيذ برامج ومشاريع تدريبية متخصصة تستهدف الصحفيين والشباب الفلسطيني، ولا سيما في مجالات الإعلام الرقمي، وصناعة المحتوى، والإنتاج الإعلامي الحديث، والمهارات الرقمية، وتوظيف تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في العمل الإعلامي. واستعرض الجانبان خلال اللقاء مجموعة من المقترحات والأفكار لتطوير برامج تدريبية نوعية تسهم في تعزيز مهارات الشباب ورفع كفاءتهم المهنية، وتمكينهم من أدوات الإعلام الرقمي وصناعة المحتوى والتقنيات الحديثة، بما يعزز قدرتهم على الإبداع والابتكار والمنافسة في سوق العمل والاقتصاد الرقمي. وأكد الطرفان أن الاستثمار في الشباب يمثل ركيزة أساسية لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة، مشددين على أهمية بناء منظومة تدريبية متكاملة تجمع بين التأهيل النظري والتطبيق العملي، وتوفر مسارات للتشغيل وريادة الأعمال في المجال الإعلامي، بما يسهم في إعداد جيل مؤهل وقادر على مواكبة التحولات التكنولوجية والاستجابة لمتطلبات أسواق العمل المحلية والإقليمية والدولية. كما أشار الجانبان إلى أن الشراكة تمثل فرصة لتوسيع نطاق البرامج التدريبية والوصول إلى أكبر شريحة ممكنة من الشباب في مختلف المحافظات الفلسطينية، وتوحيد الجهود في مجالات التدريب والتأهيل وبناء القدرات، بما يعزز التمكين الاقتصادي والاجتماعي ويسهم في بناء رأس مال بشري مؤهل وقادر على المساهمة الفاعلة في مسيرة التنمية. وحضر اللقاء عن مؤسسة الشبكة الفلسطينية لتطوير الإعلام، نائب رئيس مجلس الإدارة الأستاذة وصال أبو عليا، وأمين سر المؤسسة الأستاذة ولاء عصفور، فيما حضر عن الهيئة الوطنية للتعليم والتدريب المهني والتقني نائب رئيس الهيئة م. د. هشام سلامة، ومدير إدارة الإعلام والتعاون الدولي د. نداء يونس. وأكد الطرفان أن توقيع الاتفاقية يأتي في إطار الحرص المشترك على تعزيز التعاون والتكامل بين المؤسسات الوطنية، وتطوير برامج تدريبية وإعلامية نوعية تستجيب لاحتياجات الشباب ومتطلبات سوق العمل، بما يسهم في تعزيز فرص التشغيل وريادة الأعمال وتطوير المهارات الرقمية في فلسطين. Palestinian Network for Media Development Organization and the National Commission for Vocational and Technical Education and Training Sign Strategic Cooperation and Partnership Agreement Ramallah – Palestine | Tuesday, August 11, 2026 The Chairman of the Palestinian Network for Media Development Organization, Journalist Dr. Yousef Al Krunz, and the Chairman of the National Commission for Vocational and Technical Education and Training, Dr. Rabah Marrar, signed today, Tuesday, at the Commission’s headquarters in Ramallah, a strategic cooperation and partnership agreement aimed at strengthening joint cooperation in media and journalism training and developing modern digital skills. The National Commission for Vocational and Technical Education and Training is a national institution affiliated with the Palestinian Council of Ministers. It is responsible for governing and developing the vocational and technical education and training system, formulating relevant policies, and enhancing coordination and integration among the sector’s various components in response to labor market needs and development requirements. The agreement aims to develop and implement specialized training programs and projects targeting Palestinian journalists and youth, particularly in the fields of digital media, content creation, modern media production, digital skills, and the use of artificial intelligence applications in media work. During the meeting, the two sides discussed a range of proposals and ideas for developing high-quality training programs that contribute to enhancing young people’s skills and professional competencies, equipping them with digital media, content creation, and modern technology tools, and strengthening their ability to innovate, create, and compete in the labor market and digital economy. The two sides emphasized that investing in youth represents a key pillar of sustainable development, highlighting the importance of building an integrated training system that combines theoretical education with practical application and provides pathways to employment and entrepreneurship in the media sector. Such efforts contribute to preparing a qualified generation capable of keeping pace with technological transformations and responding to the requirements of local, regional, and international labor markets. The two sides also noted that the partnership provides an opportunity to expand the scope of training programs and reach the largest possible number of young people across the Palestinian governorates, while unifying efforts in training, qualification, and capacity building. This will contribute to strengthening economic and social empowerment and building qualified human capital capable of making an effective contribution to the development process. The meeting was attended on behalf of the Palestinian Network for Media Development Organization by Vice Chairperson Ms. Wisal Abu Alia and Secretary Ms. Walaa Asfour. Representing the National Commission for Vocational and Technical Education and Training were Vice Chairman Eng. Dr. Hisham Salameh and Director of Media and International Cooperation Dr. Nidaa Younis. The two sides affirmed that the signing of the agreement reflects their shared commitment to strengthening cooperation and integration among national institutions and developing high-quality training and media programs that respond to the needs of young people and labor market requirements, contributing to enhancing employment and entrepreneurship opportunities and advancing digital skills in Palestine.
