مؤسسة الشبكة الفلسطينية لتطوير الإعلام وجمعية بهمتكم للشباب ذوي الإعاقة توقّعان اتفاقية تعاون وشراكة استراتيجية رام الله – فلسطين | الخميس 20/08/2026 وقّع رئيس مجلس إدارة مؤسسة الشبكة الفلسطينية لتطوير الإعلام، الصحفي الدكتور يوسف الكرنز، ورئيس مجلس إدارة جمعية بهمتكم للشباب ذوي الإعاقة، الأستاذ محمد أبو خليل، اتفاقية تعاون وشراكة استراتيجية، تهدف إلى تعزيز التعاون المشترك بين الجانبين في مجال تمكين الصحفيين الفلسطينيين وتعزيز قدراتهم على التغطية الإعلامية الحساسة والمهنية لقضايا الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة. وتهدف الاتفاقية إلى تطوير وتنفيذ برامج متخصصة في التمكين الإعلامي والرقمي للصحفيين الشباب والأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، بما يسهم في تعزيز مهاراتهم المهنية والرقمية، وتمكينهم من استخدام أدوات الإعلام الحديث والتقنيات الرقمية، وتوسيع فرص مشاركتهم في المجال الإعلامي، بما ينسجم مع احتياجات سوق العمل ومتطلبات التحول الرقمي. كما تتضمن الشراكة إعداد وتنفيذ برامج تدريبية وورش عمل ومشاريع متخصصة في المجالين الإعلامي والصحفي، تستهدف الشباب الفلسطيني، والصحفيين والصحفيات، وطلبة كليات الإعلام والصحافة، مع التركيز بشكل خاص على التغطية الإعلامية المهنية والمتخصصة لقضايا الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، وتعزيز الوعي بالمعايير والآليات والبروتوكولات المهنية للتعامل الإعلامي مع قضاياهم، بما يضمن احترام حقوقهم وخصوصيتهم، وتقديم قضاياهم وصورتهم في وسائل الإعلام بصورة مهنية ومسؤولة وإنسانية. وأكد الطرفان أن هذه الشراكة تمثل خطوة مهمة نحو تعزيز الإعلام الدامج والشامل، ورفع مستوى الوعي المجتمعي بقضايا الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، إلى جانب تطوير قدرات الصحفيين والإعلاميين على تناول هذه القضايا وفق المعايير المهنية وحقوق الإنسان. وتأتي هذه الاتفاقية في إطار حرص مؤسسة الشبكة الفلسطينية لتطوير الإعلام وجمعية بهمتكم للشباب ذوي الإعاقة على بناء شراكات مؤسسية مستدامة، تهدف إلى تمكين الشباب والأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة وتعزيز حضورهم ومشاركتهم في القطاعين الإعلامي والرقمي، وتطوير برامج نوعية تستجيب لاحتياجاتهم، وتسهم في تعزيز مشاركتهم الفاعلة في المجتمع والإعلام وسوق العمل. Palestinian Network for Media Development Organization and Bahmtkom Association for Youth with Disabilities Sign Cooperation and Strategic Partnership Agreement Ramallah, Palestine | Thursday, August 20, 2026 The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Palestinian Network for Media Development Organization (PNMD), journalist Dr. Yousef Al Krunz, and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bahmtkom Association for Youth with Disabilities, Mr. Mohammad Abu Khalil, signed a Cooperation and Strategic Partnership Agreement aimed at strengthening joint cooperation between the two organizations in empowering Palestinian journalists and enhancing their capacity to provide sensitive and professional media coverage of issues concerning persons with disabilities. The agreement aims to develop and implement specialized media and digital empowerment programs for young journalists and persons with disabilities, contributing to the enhancement of their professional and digital skills, enabling them to effectively use modern media tools and digital technologies, and expanding their opportunities for participation in the media sector in line with labor market needs and the requirements of digital transformation. The partnership also includes the development and implementation of specialized training programs, workshops, and projects in the fields of media and journalism, targeting Palestinian youth, male and female journalists, and students of media and journalism faculties. Particular emphasis will be placed on professional and specialized media coverage of issues concerning persons with disabilities, as well as raising awareness of professional standards, mechanisms, and protocols for media engagement with disability-related issues. This will help ensure respect for their rights and privacy and promote professional, responsible, and humane representation of their issues and experiences in the media. Both parties affirmed that this partnership represents an important step toward promoting inclusive and accessible media, raising public awareness of issues concerning persons with disabilities, and strengthening the capacities of journalists and media professionals to address these issues in accordance with professional standards and human rights principles. The agreement comes as part of the commitment of the Palestinian Network for Media Development Organization and the Bahmtkom Association for Youth with Disabilities to building sustainable institutional partnerships aimed at empowering youth and persons with disabilities, strengthening their presence and participation in the media and digital sectors, and developing high-quality programs that respond to their needs and contribute to their active participation in society, the media sector, and the labor market.
