بمشاركة نحو 250 صحفيًا وصحفية من فلسطين ولبنان مؤسسة الشبكة الفلسطينية لتطوير الإعلام وHealing4All ولجنة دعم الصحفيين تطلق يومًا توعويًا حول السلامة المهنية والنفسية للصحفيين الشباب إقليمي | الثلاثاء 01/09/2026 أطلقت مؤسسة الشبكة الفلسطينية لتطوير الإعلام، بالتعاون مع مؤسسة Healing4All – التعافي للجميع ولجنة دعم الصحفيين، اليوم التوعوي المتخصص حول السلامة المهنية والنفسية للصحفيين الشباب الفلسطينيين واللبنانيين، بمشاركة نحو 250 صحفيًا وصحفية من فلسطين ولبنان. ويأتي تنظيم هذا اليوم التوعوي في إطار التعاون المشترك بين الجهات المنظمة، وضمن الجهود الرامية إلى تعزيز مفاهيم السلامة المهنية والنفسية للعاملين في قطاع الإعلام، ورفع مستوى الوعي بالمخاطر والتحديات التي تواجه الصحفيين والصحفيات، ولا سيما فئة الشباب، في ظل الظروف والضغوط المتزايدة المرتبطة بطبيعة العمل الصحفي. ويهدف اليوم التوعوي إلى تعزيز معارف المشاركين وتطوير قدراتهم في مجال التعامل مع الضغوط النفسية والمخاطر المهنية، إلى جانب تزويدهم بمجموعة من الأدوات والمعارف العملية التي تساعدهم على حماية سلامتهم ورفاههم النفسي، وتعزيز قدرتهم على مواصلة أداء مهامهم المهنية بكفاءة ومسؤولية. ويتضمن البرنامج جلسة تدريبية متخصصة تقدمها مؤسسة Healing4All – التعافي للجميع، بمشاركة صحفيين وصحفيات من فلسطين ولبنان، ويقدمها الدكتور مصطفى سليم، مؤسس منظمة التعافي للجميع (Healing4All)، والأستاذ محمد أبو شرح، المؤسس المشارك لبرنامج "المعنى الآن" للتعافي من الاحتراق الوجودي. وأكد رئيس مجلس إدارة مؤسسة الشبكة الفلسطينية لتطوير الإعلام، الصحفي الدكتور يوسف الكرنز، أهمية تنفيذ مثل هذه البرامج التوعوية، خاصة في ظل الظروف الحالية التي يواجه فيها الصحفيون والصحفيات تحديات وضغوطًا متزايدة على المستويين المهني والنفسي. وقال إن تعزيز السلامة المهنية والنفسية للصحفيين لم يعد خيارًا، بل أصبح ضرورة أساسية لضمان قدرتهم على مواصلة أداء رسالتهم الإعلامية بمهنية ومسؤولية، مشيرًا إلى أهمية توفير المساحات التدريبية والتوعوية التي تتيح للصحفيين اكتساب الأدوات اللازمة للتعامل مع المخاطر والضغوط المرتبطة بعملهم. ويتيح اليوم التوعوي مساحة مهنية لتبادل الخبرات والتجارب، ومناقشة أبرز التحديات المتعلقة بالسلامة المهنية والنفسية في بيئات العمل الإعلامي، إلى جانب تعزيز التعاون والتواصل بين الصحفيين والمؤسسات الإعلامية والجهات ذات الصلة على المستوى الإقليمي. With the Participation of Around 250 Journalists from Palestine and Lebanon Palestinian Network for Media Development Organization, Healing4All, and the Journalists Support Committee Launch an Awareness Day on Occupational and Psychological Safety for Young Journalists Regional | Tuesday, September 1, 2026 The Palestinian Network for Media Development Organization (PNMD), in cooperation with Healing4All – Recovery for All and the Journalists Support Committee, launched a specialized awareness day focusing on occupational and psychological safety for young Palestinian and Lebanese journalists, with the participation of around 250 journalists from Palestine and Lebanon. The organization of this awareness day comes within the framework of joint cooperation among the organizing partners and their efforts to strengthen concepts of occupational and psychological safety among media professionals, raise awareness of the risks and challenges facing journalists, particularly young professionals, and address the increasing pressures associated with the nature of journalistic work. The awareness day aims to enhance participants’ knowledge and develop their capacities in dealing with psychological pressures and occupational risks, while providing them with practical tools and knowledge to help protect their safety and psychological well-being and strengthen their ability to continue carrying out their professional duties efficiently and responsibly. The program includes a specialized training session delivered by Healing4All – Recovery for All, with the participation of journalists from Palestine and Lebanon. The session is led by Dr. Mostafa Salim, Founder of Healing4All, and Mr. Mohammad Abu Sharah, Co-Founder of the “Al-Ma’na Al-An” Program for Recovery from Existential Burnout. The Chairman of the Palestinian Network for Media Development Organization, journalist Dr. Yousef Al Krunz, emphasized the importance of implementing awareness programs of this kind, particularly under the current circumstances, in which journalists are facing increasing professional and psychological challenges and pressures. He said that strengthening the occupational and psychological safety of journalists is no longer an option but has become an essential necessity to ensure their ability to continue fulfilling their media mission professionally and responsibly. He also stressed the importance of providing training and awareness opportunities that enable journalists to acquire the necessary tools to deal with the risks and pressures associated with their work. The awareness day also provides a professional space for exchanging experiences and perspectives, discussing key challenges related to occupational and psychological safety in media work environments, and strengthening cooperation and communication among journalists, media organizations, and relevant stakeholders at the regional level.
