إدارة المظالم وحقوق الإنسان في المديرية العامة للشرطة الفلسطينية تزور مؤسسة الشبكة الفلسطينية لتطوير الإعلام لتعزيز التعاون المشترك رام الله – فلسطين | الاثنين 12/10/2026 استقبل رئيس مجلس إدارة مؤسسة الشبكة الفلسطينية لتطوير الإعلام، الصحفي الدكتور يوسف الكرنز، مدير إدارة المظالم وحقوق الإنسان في المديرية العامة للشرطة الفلسطينية، العميد الدكتور أيمن حمدان، وذلك خلال زيارة هدفت إلى بحث سبل تعزيز التعاون المشترك بين المؤسسة والمديرية العامة للشرطة، ومناقشة القضايا ذات الاهتمام المشترك. وتناول اللقاء عددًا من مجالات التعاون، ولا سيما تعزيز حماية حقوق الإنسان، ودعم الصحفيين وطلبة الإعلام، ورفع مستوى الوعي بقضايا السلامة الرقمية والحقوق والحريات في البيئة الرقمية. وأكد الجانبان أهمية استمرار التواصل والتنسيق بين المؤسسات الرسمية ومنظمات المجتمع المدني، بما يعزز الشراكة المجتمعية، ويسهم في تطوير آليات الاستجابة للقضايا التي تواجه الصحفيين وطلبة الإعلام والعاملين في المجال الإعلامي. وفي هذا السياق، أكدت مؤسسة الشبكة الفلسطينية لتطوير الإعلام استعدادها لتعزيز التعاون مع وحدة الجرائم الإلكترونية في المديرية العامة للشرطة الفلسطينية، بما يتيح توفير قنوات واضحة لتقديم البلاغات ومتابعتها في الحالات المتعلقة بالابتزاز الإلكتروني والاحتيال والتهديدات والانتهاكات الرقمية التي قد يتعرض لها طلبة الإعلام والصحفيون والعاملون في المجال الإعلامي في فلسطين. وشدد الطرفان على أهمية تعزيز التوعية بالسلامة الرقمية، وتشجيع الإبلاغ عن الجرائم والانتهاكات الإلكترونية، وتطوير التعاون بين الجهات المختصة ومؤسسات المجتمع المدني، بما يسهم في توفير بيئة أكثر أمانًا للصحفيين وطلبة الإعلام، وحماية حقوقهم في الفضاء الرقمي. وحضر الاجتماع عن مؤسسة الشبكة الفلسطينية لتطوير الإعلام أمين السر، الأستاذة ولاء عصفور، فيما حضر عن إدارة المظالم وحقوق الإنسان في المديرية العامة للشرطة الفلسطينية مدير دائرة الاتصال والتعاون، المقدم قصي خميس، والرائد سعيد أبو دياك. وفي ختام اللقاء، اتفق الجانبان على مواصلة التنسيق والتواصل خلال المرحلة المقبلة، والعمل على تطوير مجالات التعاون المشترك في مجال حقوق الإنسان وصون كرامته، بما يخدم الصحفيين وطلبة الإعلام والمجتمع الفلسطيني. Palestinian Police Directorate of Grievances and Human Rights Visits the Palestinian Network for Media Development Organization to Strengthen Cooperation Ramallah, Palestine | Monday, 12 October 2026 Dr. Yousef Al Krunz, Chairman of the Board of the Palestinian Network for Media Development Organization (PNMD), welcomed Brigadier General Dr. Ayman Hamdan, Director of the Department of Grievances and Human Rights at the Palestinian Police General Directorate, during a visit aimed at exploring ways to strengthen cooperation between PNMD and the Palestinian Police General Directorate and discussing issues of mutual interest. The meeting addressed several areas of potential cooperation, particularly the promotion of human rights protection, support for journalists and media students, and raising awareness of digital safety, rights, and freedoms in the digital environment. Both parties emphasized the importance of maintaining communication and coordination between official institutions and civil society organizations to strengthen community partnerships and contribute to developing response mechanisms for issues facing journalists, media students, and media professionals. In this context, PNMD expressed its readiness to strengthen cooperation with the Cybercrime Unit of the Palestinian Police General Directorate, with the aim of establishing clear channels for reporting and following up on cases involving cyber extortion, fraud, threats, and digital violations that may affect media students, journalists, and media professionals in Palestine. Both parties stressed the importance of promoting digital safety awareness, encouraging the reporting of cybercrimes and online violations, and developing cooperation between relevant authorities and civil society organizations. These efforts aim to provide a safer environment for journalists and media students and protect their rights in the digital space. The meeting was attended on behalf of PNMD by Secretary Walaa Asfour. Representing the Department of Grievances and Human Rights at the Palestinian Police General Directorate were Lieutenant Colonel Qusai Khamis, Director of the Communication and Cooperation Department, and Major Saeed Abu Diak. At the conclusion of the meeting, both parties agreed to maintain coordination and communication in the coming period and work toward developing areas of cooperation in human rights and the preservation of human dignity, in a manner that serves journalists, media students, and Palestinian society as a whole.
