مؤسسة الشبكة الفلسطينية لتطوير الإعلام تشارك في الاجتماع الرابع للمجلس الاستشاري الشبابي برئاسة وزيرة العمل لبحث تحديات الشباب في سوق العمل

محلي – رام الله | الأربعاء، 19/11/2025 شاركت مؤسسة الشبكة الفلسطينية لتطوير الإعلام، ممثلة برئيس مجلس إدارتها الصحفي الأستاذ يوسف الكرنز، في الاجتماع الرابع للمجلس الاستشاري الشبابي الذي ترأسته وزيرة العمل الدكتورة إيناس العطاري، والذي خُصص لمناقشة أبرز التحديات التي تواجه الشباب الفلسطيني في سوق العمل المحلي والأسواق الخارجية. وخلال الاجتماع، قدّمت وزيرة العمل عرضًا حول المنصة الوطنية الجديدة "مواءمة فرص العمل" المزودة بتقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي، والمقرر إطلاقها في الأول من الشهر القادم، وتهدف المنصة إلى تنظيم سوق العمل، وربط الباحثين عن عمل بالمشغلين، وتعزيز فرص التشغيل للشباب والنساء، والمساهمة في تقليص معدلات البطالة وزيادة المواءمة بين مهارات الشباب واحتياجات السوق. وشهد اللقاء حوارًا موسعًا حول العقبات التي يواجهها الشباب، وسبل تعزيز دور المجلس في المساهمة بحلول عملية تُسهم في فتح آفاق أوسع للعمل والريادة، كما تم الاتفاق على اعتماد شعار المجلس الاستشاري الشبابي: "من الفجوة إلى التطوير… شباب يصنع التشغيل"، ليعكس رؤية المجلس في تمكين الشباب وتعزيز مشاركتهم في رسم السياسات العمالية. وتأتي مشاركة مؤسسة الشبكة الفلسطينية لتطوير الإعلام في إطار حرصها على تعزيز حضورها الفاعل في القضايا الوطنية، ودعم المبادرات الهادفة إلى تمكين الشباب، وتطوير مهاراتهم، وتوفير بيئة عمل تتيح لهم فرصًا أفضل للاندماج والإبداع. Palestinian Network for Media Development Organization Participates in the Fourth Youth Advisory Council Meeting Chaired by the Minister of Labor to Discuss Youth Employment Challenges Local – Ramallah | Wednesday, 19/11/2025 The Palestinian Network for Media Development Organization, represented by its Chairman of the Board, journalist Mr. Yousef Al-Krunz, participated in the fourth meeting of the Youth Advisory Council, chaired by Minister of Labor Dr. Inas Al-Atari, the meeting was dedicated to discussing the main challenges facing Palestinian youth in the local and international labor markets. During the meeting, Minister Al-Atari presented an overview of the new national platform, “Job Matching”, which is powered by artificial intelligence and is scheduled to be launched on the first of next month, the platform aims to organize the labor market, connect job seekers with employers, enhance employment opportunities for youth and women, reduce unemployment rates, and better align youth skills with market needs. The meeting also featured an extensive discussion on the obstacles faced by youth and ways to strengthen the Council’s role in providing practical solutions to open wider opportunities for employment and entrepreneurship, additionally, the Council adopted its official slogan: “From Gap to Development… Youth Creating Employment”, reflecting its vision of empowering youth and promoting their active participation in shaping labor policies. PNMD participation comes as part of its ongoing commitment to actively engage in national issues, support initiatives aimed at youth empowerment, develop their skills, and provide a work environment that enables better integration and creativity.
