في اليوم العالمي للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، تقف مؤسسة الشبكة الفلسطينية لتطوير الإعلام إجلالًا للصحافيين الذين تحوّلت إصاباتهم خلال التغطية إلى إعاقات دائمة، فصار جسدهم شاهدًا على ثمن الحقيقة، وصمودهم عنوانًا للإرادة الفلسطينية. نُكرّم اليوم شجاعتهم التي لا تُقاس، وإصرارهم على مواصلة العمل رغم الألم والتحديات، والاستمرار في إيصال صوت شعبنا إلى العالم. وفي مؤسستنا، نضع الدمج والشمولية في صلب رؤيتنا، ومن خلال برامج الحماية المهنية، والتدريب والتمكين، والمبادرات المجتمعية، نعمل على ضمان مشاركة الصحافيين ذوي الإعاقة في كل المستويات، ومنحهم الأدوات التي يستحقونها. نؤمن أن الإعاقة لا توقف رسالة، وأن الحقيقة لا تُقيَّد… بل تُروى بشجاعة من دفع ثمنها. On the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, the Palestinian Network for Media Development Organization stands in honor of the #journalists whose injuries during coverage have led to permanent disabilities, making their bodies a testament to the price of truth and their resilience a symbol of the Palestinian will. Today, we pay tribute to their immeasurable courage, their determination to continue working despite pain and challenges, and their commitment to carrying the voice of our people to the world. At our organization, we place inclusion and accessibility at the heart of our vision, through our safety programs, training and empowerment initiatives, and community-based projects, we work to ensure that journalists with disabilities are fully included at all levels and provided with the tools they deserve.
