مؤسسة الشبكة الفلسطينية لتطوير الإعلام والهيئة الدولية لدعم حقوق الشعب الفلسطيني (حشد) توقّعان اتفاقية شراكة استراتيجية رام الله – فلسطين | الخميس 05/02/2026 وقّع رئيس مجلس إدارة مؤسسة الشبكة الفلسطينية لتطوير الإعلام، الصحفي الأستاذ يوسف الكرنز، ورئيس مجلس إدارة الهيئة الدولية لدعم حقوق الشعب الفلسطيني (حشد)، الدكتور صلاح عبدالعاطي، اتفاقية شراكة استراتيجية، تهدف إلى توحيد الجهود وتعزيز التعاون المشترك في مجالات حقوق الإنسان والقانون في الصحافة والإعلام. وتركّز الاتفاقية على تنفيذ برامج ومشاريع تدريبية وتوعوية موجّهة إلى الشباب الفلسطيني، لا سيّما الصحافيين وطلبة وخريجي كليات الإعلام، بما يسهم في تعزيز الوعي الحقوقي، وتطوير القدرات المهنية، وترسيخ مبادئ حرية التعبير والعمل الإعلامي المسؤول. وأكد الجانبان أن هذه الاتفاقية تأتي في إطار السعي لتعزيز دور الإعلام كأداة فاعلة في حماية حقوق الإنسان، ودعم الصحافيين، وتمكين الشباب من أداء دورهم في نقل الحقيقة والدفاع عن القضايا الوطنية والإنسانية وفق المعايير المهنية والقانونية. من جهتها، أكدت مؤسسة الشبكة الفلسطينية لتطوير الإعلام أن هذه الشراكة تمثّل خطوة استراتيجية نحو توسيع نطاق العمل المشترك مع المؤسسات الحقوقية، وتعزيز التكامل بين الإعلام وحقوق الإنسان، بما يخدم المجتمع الفلسطيني ويعزّز صمود الشباب وقدرتهم على التأثير الإيجابي. بدورها، شددت الهيئة الدولية لدعم حقوق الشعب الفلسطيني (حشد) على أهمية هذه الشراكة في دعم الإعلام الحقوقي، وبناء جيل واعٍ من الصحافيين القادرين على توثيق الانتهاكات والدفاع عن حقوق الشعب الفلسطيني باستخدام أدوات إعلامية مهنية ومسؤولة. Palestinian Network for Media Development Organization and the International Commission to support palestinians Rights (ICSPR) Sign Strategic Partnership Agreement Ramallah – Palestine | Thursday, 05/02/2026 The Chairman of the Board of the Palestinian Network for Media Development Organization, journalist Mr. Yousef Al Krunz, and the Chairman of the Board of the International Commission to support palestinians Rights (ICSPR), Dr. Salah Abdel-Ati, signed a strategic partnership agreement aimed at unifying efforts and strengthening joint cooperation in the fields of human rights and legal frameworks in journalism and media. The agreement focuses on implementing training and awareness programs and projects targeting Palestinian youth, particularly journalists and media students and graduates, contributing to enhancing human rights awareness, developing professional capacities, and promoting the principles of freedom of expression and responsible media practice. Both parties affirmed that this agreement comes within the framework of strengthening the role of media as an effective tool in protecting human rights, supporting journalists, and empowering youth to play their role in conveying the truth and defending national and humanitarian issues in accordance with professional and legal standards. For its part, the Palestinian Network for Media Development Organization confirmed that this partnership represents a strategic step toward expanding joint work with human rights institutions and strengthening integration between media and human rights, in a way that serves Palestinian society and enhances youth resilience and their ability to create positive impact. Meanwhile, the International Commission to support palestinians Rights (ICSPR) stressed the importance of this partnership in supporting human rights-based media and building a conscious generation of journalists capable of documenting violations and defending the rights of the Palestinian people using professional and responsible media tools.
