مؤسسة الشبكة الفلسطينية لتطوير الإعلام ومؤسسة Healing4All (التعافي للجميع) توقّعان اتفاقية شراكة استراتيجية دولي | الإثنين 09/02/2026 وقّع رئيس مجلس إدارة مؤسسة الشبكة الفلسطينية لتطوير الإعلام، الصحفي الأستاذ يوسف الكرنز، ورئيس مجلس إدارة مؤسسة Healing4All (التعافي للجميع)، الدكتور مصطفى سليم، اتفاقية شراكة استراتيجية، تهدف إلى تعزيز السلامة الصحفية للصحفيين وطلبة وخريجي كليات الإعلام في فلسطين. وتركّز الاتفاقية على إعداد وتنفيذ مشاريع وبرامج تدريبية متخصصة في مجالات الدعم النفسي والعلاجي المرتبط بالسلامة الصحفية، والموجّهة إلى الصحفيين وطلبة وخريجي كليات الإعلام، إلى جانب تنظيم ندوات ومؤتمرات وورش عمل حضورية ورقمية حول السلامة النفسية والعلاجية في بيئة العمل الإعلامي. وأكد الجانبان أن هذه الاتفاقية تمثّل خطوة نوعية نحو تعزيز الشراكات المهنية الهادفة إلى دعم الصحفيين نفسيًا ومهنيًا، خاصة في ظل التحديات والضغوط التي يواجهها العاملون في قطاع الإعلام. من جهتها، أكدت مؤسسة الشبكة الفلسطينية لتطوير الإعلام التزامها بتطوير قدرات الصحفيين وطلبة الإعلام، وتعزيز معايير السلامة المهنية الشاملة، بما يشمل السلامة النفسية، من خلال برامج تدريبية متخصصة وشراكات دولية فاعلة. بدورها، شددت مؤسسة Healing4All (التعافي للجميع) على أهمية توفير الدعم النفسي والعلاجي للعاملين في القطاع الإعلامي، والعمل على تطوير برامج علاجية وتدريبية تسهم في تعزيز الصمود النفسي والمهني للصحفيين في بيئات العمل عالية المخاطر. Palestinian Network for Media Development Organization and Healing4All Sign Strategic Partnership Agreement International | Monday 09/02/2026 The Chairman of the Board of the Palestinian Network for Media Development Organization, journalist Mr. Yousef Al Krunz, and the Chairman of the Board of Healing4All, Dr. Mustafa Salim, signed a strategic partnership agreement aimed at strengthening journalistic safety for journalists and students and graduates of media colleges in Palestine. The agreement focuses on developing and implementing specialized projects and training programs in the fields of psychological and therapeutic support related to journalistic safety, targeting journalists as well as media students and graduates. It also includes organizing in-person and virtual seminars, conferences, and workshops on psychological and therapeutic safety within the media work environment. Both parties affirmed that this agreement represents a qualitative step toward strengthening professional partnerships aimed at supporting journalists psychologically and professionally, especially in light of the challenges and pressures faced by media professionals. For its part, the Palestinian Network for Media Development Organization affirmed its commitment to developing the capacities of journalists and media students, and to strengthening comprehensive professional safety standards, including psychological safety, through specialized training programs and effective international partnerships. Meanwhile, Healing4All stressed the importance of providing psychological and therapeutic support to media sector workers, and working on developing therapeutic and training programs that contribute to strengthening journalists’ psychological and professional resilience in high-risk work environments.
